Hellou everyone!

Welcome to all my new watchers, I appreciate it so much that you like my work!!

I look in from time o to time here to see what the artists I am following have been up to, and thought that I would share some exciting (and  little nervous) news with you: I have open my own art channel on YouTube! I decided that I wanted to try my hand on making short videos of my art making, and my first ever video is now uploaded! I got such a nice surprise a few days back when I logged in to DA, I had gotten a DD! Wow! Thank you all so much for your support in my art, and welcome to all my new watchers! I feel truly humble and thankful!

Hi all!

As you may have noticed I am not so active here on da anymore. I still check in every now and again to look at my inbox to see the new submissions of the people I'm following, but thats about it. I feel like da is going in a direction that I don't feel comfortable with, and it is getting harder and harder to find artists here that I can connect to.

Anyway, I love this time of year. Missing the snow though! I just moved to Shanghai a few months ago, and the city is a little distracting. Haven't painted all that much as the days are filled with a lot of other nice stuff. You know, important things like lunch with the ladies, getting tattooed, traveling with the husband, cooking, moving apartment, surfing the internet etc...

I'm in a funny sort of mood today. Distracted.

But I have finally a new deviation to upload.

Thank you so much to all my new watchers and a huge welcome!! When I opened my da inbox this morning I thought first that I had gotten a DD, I had so many messages!! But obviously my latest art journal pages just seem to please many of you people, and that makes me over the moon happy!! I always dreamt to be able to reach other peoples heart with my art, and I am really really honored for all your support and kind feedback, it is encouraging me to continue creating!

I usually try to thank all my new watchers individually, but this time you are so many that it would take me a whole day… I will however during the next week try and come and visit your page and have a look around!

First: thank you and welcome to all my new watchers!! I'm so glad you're here!

And then: I'm going to spam your inbox with a lot of new bird stock photos, so if you are not interested in these I recommend you to just delete my upcoming new deviations from your watch list without opening!
Some of the photos are of good quality, sharp and nice, but most are a little unsharp as they were taken of birds far away, but I thought them good enough to use as reference material for painting at least!

My stock rules: my stock is free to use for everything art-related (also for commercial use), but you are not allowed to repost my stock as photos or use them in anything violent or pornographic. Be creative and have fun!!
